About two months ago I purchased my home.
This being my first big purchase, the whole process was very nerve wrecking. However, the final results was my very first home .
My realtor was a great guy , and upfront he gave me good information about the need for mortgage insurance. I knew that with the internet I would be able to get several quotes from different companies, and then choose the one that most closely fit my needs. I love to master something totally new, and before I make any big purchase, I research all the information about it, because I don't what to go into a situation where I have to rely on someone else to explain things to me.
